Working with Raul Giorgi was great. From the other agents that we interviewed, what separated Raul, was his knowledge, ability and willingness to communicate frequently and without agendas. Once we hired Raul we were impressed on how he organized his search using the latest technology. While looking for a new house, he thoroughly mapped out the day with a logical sequence using our criteria and showing us only properties that we were interested in. We were able to cover a lot of houses in a very short period of time. With such a great array of homes in our price range the hard part was choosing just one. He was able to point out the positives and negatives for each house we saw. When it came time to put down an offer, it was his strategy that won us our dream house for a fair price. Raul was fantastic through the entire home buying purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable of the areas of The Woodlands, as well as the houses themselves.
